Ice Cream Cake
Ingredients
- 12 Ice Cream Sandwiches Any flavor
- 16 oz Cool Whip
- A Syrup Of Your Choosing Caramel syrup, chocolate syrup, nutella, etc
- Fillings Oreos, Nuts, Candy, Ferrero Rocher
Steps
- In a baking sheet, lay down first half of sandwiches.
- Layer on half of the cool whip.
- Top with fillings.
- Add another layer of sandwiches and cool whip.
- Decorate 🙂

- If the cool whip is too stiff to spread, microwave it for 10s.Â
- Sugar dust looks really nice as a topping.Â
- You can put literally anything in this cake. Some cool variations I’ve made: Ferrero Rocher, rasperbery Ghirardelli, and tiramisu Oreo.Â
